Become a Featured Vendor at a Moonlit Mini
Each Moonlit Mini is designed to feel like stepping into another world and we want the vendors we feature to feel like part of that world, too.
For each Mini event, Moonlit Productions will select one or two vendors whose products, aesthetic, or offerings complement the theme of the experience.
There is no vendor fee for selected Moonlit Mini vendors.
To be considered, simply submit a vendor application. Our team will review submissions and hand-select the vendors we feel are the best fit for each event based on its theme, atmosphere, and audience.
Because space is intentionally limited, applying does not guarantee placement. However, applications may also help us discover vendors who would be a great fit for future Moonlit events.
We especially love vendors offering unique, artistic, vintage, gothic, whimsical, handcrafted, specialty, or theme-forward products — but the perfect fit will vary with every Mini.
What to expect:
- Complimentary vendor space for selected applicants
- Only 1–2 featured vendors per Moonlit Mini
- Selection based on the specific event theme and atmosphere
- A curated, immersive setting rather than a traditional vendor market
- Opportunities to introduce your work to guests looking for something a little out of the ordinary
