Ticket Policies

This Ticket Refund, Cancellation & Reschedule Policy (“Policy”) explains how Moonlit Productions, LLC (“Moonlit Productions,” “we,” or “us”) handles ticket sales for events listed on https://moonlit-productions.com.

By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.


1. All Sales Final – No Refunds

  • All ticket sales are final.
  • We do not offer refunds for any reason, including (but not limited to):
    • Change of plans
    • Scheduling conflicts
    • Illness or injury
    • Weather, travel issues, or other personal circumstances
  • Please make sure you can attend before completing your purchase.

2. Ticket Transfers

We understand that sometimes plans change, so we allow limited transfers:

  1. Transfer window
    • Tickets can be transferred to another person up to 14 days (2 weeks) before the event date.
    • Transfer requests within 14 days of the event date may be refused.
  2. How to request a transfer
    • Contact us at contact@moonlit-productions.com with:
      • Your full name and order details
      • The new attendee’s full name and email address
    • We may require additional information to verify your identity or the order.
  3. Transfer approval
    • Transfers are not automatic; they are subject to our review and confirmation.
    • Once a transfer is completed, the original purchaser no longer has the right to attend the event using that ticket.

3. Event Changes, Rescheduling & Cancellations

3.1 Event changes

  • We may update event details (such as start time, lineup, or programming).
  • We will make reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders via email and/or the event page.

3.2 Rescheduled events

  • If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will typically be honored for the new date.
  • If you cannot attend the new date, you may contact us within a specified timeframe (to be listed in our reschedule notice) to discuss possible options, which may include a credit toward a future event, at our discretion.
  • Rescheduling does not automatically entitle you to a cash refund.

3.3 Canceled events

  • If we fully cancel an event and do not offer a rescheduled date, we may, at our discretion and subject to applicable law, provide either:
    • A refund of the ticket price, or
    • A credit toward a future event
  • Any such remedy and the process for claiming it will be communicated in our event cancellation notice.

3.4 Force Majeure

  • We are not responsible for failure to perform or delays due to causes beyond our reasonable control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue closures, acts of God).
  • In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate options, which may include rescheduling or credits, at our discretion.
