These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://moonlit-productions.com (the “Site”) and your purchase of tickets and merchandise from Moonlit Productions, LLC (“Moonlit Productions,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Site, purchasing tickets, or attending our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase tickets.
1. Use of the Site
You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or our systems.
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Site.
2. Ticket Purchases
2.1 General
- When you purchase tickets through the Site, you are purchasing a revocable license to attend a specific event hosted or presented by Moonlit Productions (or one of our partners).
- You are responsible for ensuring your contact details (email, phone, etc.) are accurate so we can provide event information and updates.
2.2 All sales final / No refunds
- All ticket sales are final.
- No refunds are offered for tickets once the purchase is completed, except where required by law or where Moonlit Productions chooses, in its sole discretion, to issue a refund or credit.
2.3 Ticket transfers
- Tickets may be transferred to another person only if the transfer is completed at least 14 days (2 weeks) before the event date.
- Transfer requests must be submitted to us via the contact information provided on the Site, and must include the original purchaser details and the full name and contact information of the new attendee.
- We may require reasonable verification of identity before approving a transfer.
- Transfers requested within 14 days of the event date may be refused.
2.4 Event changes, cancellations, and rescheduling
- We reserve the right to modify event details, including date, time, location, lineup, or programming.
- In the event of cancellation or rescheduling, we will use reasonable efforts to notify ticket holders using the contact information provided at purchase.
- Remedies for cancellation or rescheduling (such as rescheduled dates, credits, or limited refunds) will be handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
2.5 Admission & conduct
- Admission may be subject to venue rules, age restrictions, ID checks, and security screening.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee who violates venue rules, is disruptive, appears intoxicated, or otherwise poses a risk to themselves or others.
- No refunds will be provided if you are refused entry or removed for cause.
3. Merchandise
- We may offer merchandise directly or via third-party providers (such as Printful or other platforms).
- Your purchase of merchandise may be subject to additional terms and policies of those third-party platforms.
- Pricing, availability, and shipping times are subject to change.
- Any issues related to manufacturing or shipping errors may be handled in cooperation with the relevant third-party provider.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, and design, is owned by or licensed to Moonlit Productions and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from the Site content without our prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
5. User Content
If you submit or post any content (such as comments, reviews, or social media posts that tag or reference our events):
- You grant Moonlit Productions a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with our events and promotional materials, subject to applicable law.
- You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to grant this license.
6. Disclaimers
- Events may involve loud sounds, lighting effects, crowds, and other conditions that may not be suitable for everyone.
- You are responsible for assessing whether participation in an event is appropriate for your health and comfort.
- The Site is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Site’s accuracy, availability, or suitability for any purpose.

7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- Moonlit Productions and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or attendance at events.
- Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to tickets purchased from us shall not exceed the amount you actually paid for the ticket(s) giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Moonlit Productions and its owners, employees, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or in any way connected to:
- Your use of the Site;
- Your breach of these Terms; or
- Your attendance at our events, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our events shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Whitfield County, Georgia, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of tickets after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
