Hope Spur was started as a grassroots effort to raise funds for people that could not afford out-of-pocket costs for outpatient mental health treatment of counseling services. Clients seeking help that end up in crisis or remain in crisis due to financial strain is heartbreaking. A few professionals in NW Georgia are seeking a way to provide assistance to avoid that crisis, and hence HopeSpur, Inc is born. Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. HopeSpur, Inc emerged from a pursuit to inspire and support the community and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.
