The Vendor Hall Shopping Market is open to all guests until 4:00 PM. Guests with a Vendor Hall Only ticket may check in starting at 12:00 PM to enjoy a full day of shopping with our enchanting vendors. All event ticket holders, including VIP and General Admission, will also have access to the market until 4:00 PM.

Discover author signings and exclusive book releases, shop for bookish accessories and fantasy-inspired items, and browse a variety of enchanting goods from crystals and handmade art, to one-of-a-kind collectibles. Whether you’re a reader, a dreamer, or a curious wanderer, you’ll find something to spark your imagination.
All VIP guests are invited to a whimsical Mad Hatter Tea Party Luncheon. After checking in and receiving your wristband, please meet in the front lobby at 12:30 PM to be escorted to this exclusive experience. Enjoy an enchanting tea party filled with delightful bites and magical moments, running until 2:00 PM.
After checking in, guests are welcome to attend Royal Guard Training beginning at 12:30 PM in the downstairs lobby. Led by G1 - The Academy, a local martial arts gym, this interactive class will teach the art of dagger and sword fighting using safe, non-lethal weaponry. Training sessions will resume every 15 minutes until 3:30 PM, giving all aspiring guards plenty of chances to join the ranks!
VIP guests enjoy exclusive early access to the Fantasy Ball from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Be welcomed in true enchanted fashion by mesmerizing fire performers at the convention center entrance before stepping inside to capture your complimentary carpet photo and begin your magical evening ahead of the crowd.
General Admission guests will enter the Fantasy Ball between 7:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Be greeted by dazzling fire performers as you arrive at the convention center, then make your way inside to capture a memorable complimentary carpet photo and step into a night of fantasy and wonder.
All guests registered for the Best Dressed Contest will have their photo taken upon entering the event in the front lobby. Our panel of judges will review all entries and select the top 10 contestants to advance to the final round of the contest later in the evening. Bring your best look and be ready to shine!
After check-in and your complimentary carpet photo, VIP guests are invited to the main ballroom for an exclusive meet and greet with Lord Fenris (portrayed by Cory Fowler). Take a personal moment with our special guest performer and capture a complimentary photo. This VIP-only experience will be available until 7:00 PM.
All guests are invited to gather in the main ballroom at 7:30 PM for a special welcome speech from Lord Fenris, honoring all who have journeyed into the realms tonight. Following the address, the festivities will officially begin. Enjoy food, drinks, and a night filled with magic and wonder.
At 6:00 PM, VIP guests gain exclusive access to the VIP Lounge and both immersive Experience Rooms, complete with private entertainment to begin the evening. The VIP open bar will flow from 7:30 PM to 9:30 PM, offering premium drinks in a magical setting. These exclusive spaces will conclude around 10:00 PM, just in time for all guests to gather upstairs for a surprise performance.
Guests are encouraged to make their way to the main ballroom between 8:00 PM and 8:20 PM for a fun and interactive performance.
For guests who missed daytime check-in due to travel, weather, or unforeseen circumstances, late check-in will be available from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the front lobby entrance. Be sure to stop by to receive your event wristband and join the evening’s festivities.
The Best Dressed Finals will begin at 9:30 PM in the main ballroom. The top 10 contestants will be announced and will take to the dance floor to showcase their stunning outfits. Once all finalists have had their moment to shine, voting will open and the winner will be crowned shortly after. Don’t miss the magic!
At 10:00 PM, Lord Fenris will select one lucky guest to share a special dance in the main ballroom. All guests are encouraged to gather and witness this enchanting moment. You never know what might unfold as the dance begins.
Starting at 10:30 PM, the DJ will take over the ballroom and keep the party going until midnight. Get ready to hit the dance floor, enjoy the music, and make the most of the final hours of this magical night!
